2. Description of Service

KHAIZ ADS is an AI-enhanced advertising analytics, campaign execution, and Meta Ads Graph API integration platform designed to help agencies and clients monitor, plan, and publish digital marketing campaigns.

3. Meta API Authorization & Scopes

To access automated reporting and campaign execution capabilities, you may connect your Meta Ad Account by authorizing permissions including ads_read, read_insights, and ads_management.

• You represent that you are an authorized manager or owner of the Meta Ad Accounts connected to KHAIZ ADS.
• You acknowledge that KHAIZ ADS executes campaign creations in PAUSED mode by default, requiring your explicit action to activate or publish campaigns.

4. User Responsibilities & Ad Content Compliance

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all campaign copy, images, target audiences, and landing pages created or published via KHAIZ ADS comply with Meta Advertising Standards, community guidelines, and applicable local regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

KHAIZ ADS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or specific conversion rates, Return On Ad Spend (ROAS), or lead generation totals.

6. Termination & Revocation

You may disconnect your Meta Ad Account or stop using KHAIZ ADS at any time. You may also revoke token permissions directly in your Facebook Business Integration Settings.
