This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we process and store it, how we safeguard your data, and how you can exercise your rights regarding data access and deletion under applicable privacy laws and Meta Platform Terms.
2. Data We Collect
When you use KHAIZ ADS or authenticate via Meta OAuth, we collect the following data types:
- Account Credentials & Profile: User name, email address, and encrypted authentication tokens.
- Meta API & Ad Account Data: Meta Ad Account IDs, account names, currencies, timezones, and access tokens retrieved via authorized scopes (
ads_read,read_insights,ads_management). - Campaign Performance Insights: Aggregate statistics including impressions, clicks, advertising spend, reach, conversion events, and campaign IDs.
- Technical & Usage Logs: IP addresses, browser specs, and request timestamps for system security auditing.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used strictly to provide and enhance our advertising monitoring and management services:
- To render real-time performance analytics, budget velocity tracking, and campaign execution dashboards.
- To perform campaign creation, ad set configuration, and campaign publishing to Meta Ads Manager strictly upon your explicit user trigger.
- To generate AI intelligence recommendations and performance alerts.
- To maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and troubleshoot API connections.
4. Security & Data Protection
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS in transit, AES encryption at rest) for all stored tokens and secrets. Access tokens are kept strictly server-side and are never exposed in frontend code, client logs, or public URLs.
5. User Data Deletion Instructions
In compliance with Meta Platform Terms, you have full control to revoke permissions or delete your stored data at any time:
Option A: Revoke Access via Facebook / Meta Settings
- Log into your Facebook account and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- Navigate to Business Integrations or Apps and Websites.
- Locate KHAIZ Ads Manager and click Remove / Revoke Access.
Option B: Request Complete Data Deletion
To request the immediate purge of your account, stored tokens, and advertising metrics from KHAIZ ADS databases, send an email to support@khaiz.com or ads@khaiz.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. All associated records will be permanently erased within 48 hours.
